St Columba's Primary School is seeking an experienced Learning Diversity Leader to join as a 0.8 FTE four-days-a-week leadership role focusing on inclusive education and ensuring students with diverse needs are supported to learn, participate and belong.

The Leader will coordinate identification of needs, adjustments, personalised learning, and complex student support, working with leadership, teachers, families and external services to build purposeful, evidence-based practice.
