Lead clinical governance and guide non-clinical staff across Alice Springs and remote NT communities.
You will direct four Service Managers, oversee complex client care plans, and integrate expert clinical strategy directly into executive decision-making.
Duties
Lead planning, delivery, and evaluation of clinical and AOD programs
Direct clinical governance, intake functions, and complex care plans
Supervise four Service Managers and drive team performance
Prepare budgets, grant proposals, and maintain stakeholder relations
Monitor AOD research to address shifting regional drug trends
Is This You?
Degree in Alcohol & Other Drugs, Health, or Social Care
Current Driver's Licence with ability to travel to remote communities
Experience managing concurrent programs and staff supervision
Knowledge of current AOD intervention models and reporting
Commitment to respectful work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
