Mergers and acquisitions (M&A;)

Commercial transactions and strategic investments
This role is ideally suited to a highly motivated law graduate who is eager to develop commercial acumen, sharpen their technical skills, and gain exposure to sophisticated legal work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will:
Have completed a Bachelor of Laws and demonstrate a strong academic record
Be passionate about corporate, commercial, and transactional law
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and legal drafting skills




Possess excellent organisational and time management abilities
Thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities
Have exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
Display a proactive attitude and strong work ethic
Be committed to continuous learning, development, and professional growth
