IPF Digital Australia is recruiting a Collections Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day management of the collections lifecycle, from pre-reminder to external collections.
You will coordinate with the AU team and Mexico-based leadership, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
You will monitor dialer/CRM activity, manage outsourced agencies, and assist with debt sale processes while supporting audits and process improvements.
This role is hybrid within Australia.
