The Role
As a Legal Assistant, you will provide high level support to Partners in Property and Construction law.
Your duties will include:
Monitoring critical dates and key matter deadlines
Registering leases and managing leasing documentation
Tracking and following up special conditions
Assisting with large scale property transactions and construction law matters, including construction disputes
Diary management and scheduling meetings
Managing billings and matter administration
Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum
2 years' Legal Assistant experience
Previous Property, Construction, or Commercial law experience highly regarded
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
