Bengalla Mining Company, part of the Recent Hope Group, seeks a Technical Training Officer to join the HR and Training team at our Muswellbrook operation.
You will develop and update training materials for Maintenance, CHPP and Support staff and drive Paperless Training using Ideagen Forms.
Working a day shift, you will implement and monitor training programs, manage documentation versions, and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to close capability gaps and support site safety and operations.
