We're working with a
rapidly growing contractor delivering civil, data centre, underground power
and infrastructure packages across Melbourne, working with Tier 1 contractors and authorities.
They're looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team in West Melbourne and take ownership of pricing and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.
The Role
Prepare tenders and estimates from first principles.
Price projects generally around $1M–$2.5M, with the opportunity to progress towards $5M+.
Review drawings, scopes, quantities and subcontractor pricing.
Work closely with the delivery team throughout the tender process.
Follow up tenders and track win/loss results.
Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
About You
Strong estimating background across civil, infrastructure, utilities or related construction.




First principles estimating experience is essential.
Analytical, commercially minded and proactive.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Experience with data centres, underground power or civil infrastructure highly regarded.
Subcontractor experience working with Tier 1 contractors or authorities advantageous.
