We are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to older adults, empowering them to live fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.

As an In-Home Carer, you will:
Be a ray of sunshine in the lives of our clients, assisting them with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation and light housekeeping.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in aged care, community care or disability support.
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services or a related qualification.
Current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
Current Driver's License
Reliable car
A genuine passion for helping others, with a caring and compassionate nature.
A commitment to supporting older people to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
Reliability, honesty and a strong sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
