In the role ofSnr Consultant Comms & Multimedia, you will join the PB Change Enablement team, contributing to key business priorities and continuously improving how we serve our customers.
You'llmake an impact each day by:
Partnering with executive leaders to develop proactive communication strategies, plans and key messages.
Creating high-quality multimedia content, including presentations, videos, podcasts, infographics and digital stories.
Supporting executive forums, town halls and leadership events with clear, engaging and audience-focused communications.
Using audience insights, analytics and emerging technologies to improve communication quality, reach and engagement.
Coaching communication, change and enablement practitioners while strengthening content governance and knowledge accessibility.
You'llbring to this role:




Extensive experience in executive, strategic, change, digital or multimedia communications within a complex organisation.
Strong advisory and stakeholder-influencing skills, with experience partnering with senior leaders.
Exceptional written, verbal, visual storytelling and executive presentation capabilities.
Demonstrated experience developing communication strategies and multimedia content that improve engagement and understanding.
Relevant tertiary qualifications and proficiency across contemporary communication, multimedia, digital collaboration and AI‐assisted content tools.
