Olympic Dam Mine
in South Australia, with the development of
4th and 5th portals and current declines from surface
.
This is a rare opportunity to work on one of the
largest uranium and copper mining operations in the world
, on a long term project with strong growth potential.
About the Project
We're seeking
experienced Underground Electricians
to join our maintenance team, working with modern equipment in a safety focused, high performance environment that supports ongoing training and internal career progression.
The Role
Roster: 14 days on/14 days off (12 hour rotating shifts)
Location: Olympic Dam Mine, SA
Equipment: Jumbo's, Loaders, Agi trucks, Cable Bolters, Normet Shotcrete Rigs etc
Responsibilities
Carry out electrical work to a high standard in line with statutory requirements
Complete maintenance and repairs safely and efficiently
Fault finding, diagnostics, and component replacement
Identify, assess, and manage workplace risks
Contribute positively to a strong safety and team culture
Qualifications
5 years minimum experience in underground development mining
Current
Electrical Licence
Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
CPR & LVR certification
(or ability to obtain)
Manual driver's licence
Ability to pass a
Police Check and Pre Employment Medical
