About the role:
Our client is seeking a CSO ready to take the next step in their career, or an Associate Adviser looking to support a Lead Financial Adviser in delivering high-quality financial advice to clients.
You will manage client workflows, assist with strategy development and help implement advice in a technical, fast-paced environment.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Support Lead Adviser with client relationship management
Prepare strategy, modelling and product comparisons
Draft SOAs and ROAs with internal paraplanners
Attend client meetings and record key advice outcomes
Manage workflows and maintain compliant client records
Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in the financial planning industry in a paraplanning or associate adviser role
Completed or working towards a FASEA-approved qualification
Knowledge of super, investments, retirement and insurance advice
Experience using Xplan and financial planning systems




Solid written communication and attention to detail
