Australian Unity in the St George region is seeking Experienced Home Care Support Workers to assist clients to live independently at home with compassionate and professional care.

You will support daily tasks, transportation and personal care, build relationships with clients and families, and follow safety practices. A secure roster and chances for extra hours are available, with a fully supported induction and employee perks.
