You will mentor carpenters, coordinate daily production activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will oversee up to 15 employees and labour hire, drive productivity and quality, read construction drawings, and promote a positive safety culture on the floor.
