Band 6 Senior Physiotherapist job available within theMusculoskeletal specialism in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. Earn up to 26 pounds per hour in this ongoing, exciting opportunity. You will work full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, using your expertise to make a real difference in patients' lives. What you will do:
n

Conduct advanced assessments and deliver treatment to patients with complex musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring high standards of care.
n
Formulate detailed clinical diagnoses and physiotherapy treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
n
Manage and prioritise your own autonomous caseload efficiently.
n
Offer face-to-face consultations as well as video and telephone consultations.
n
Lead group-based physiotherapy sessions, promoting active recovery for patients.
n
Perform comprehensive patient assessments using advanced clinical reasoning to create personalised management and discharge plans.
n
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
n
Support physiotherapy services in GP clinics and surgeries as required.
n
Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical records to support ongoing patient care.
n

Requirements:
n
n
You must hold a Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy and be registered with the HCPC.
n
Band 6 MSK Physiotherapy experience is essential, alongside acute NHS experience.
n
You should be adept at managing varied and complex MSK caseloads and skilled in using SystmOne and Physiotools or Physitrack.
n
Proficiency in advanced musculoskeletal assessment, formulating clinical diagnoses independently, and managing an autonomous caseload is necessary.
n
Strong clinical reasoning, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are a must.
n
Ideally, you will have CSP membership, experience supervising students or junior staff, and experience in delivering group rehabilitation programmes.
n
