Your Role at Green Exteriors n
n
Run and supervise residential landscape construction sites,



keeping jobs on time and on budget
n
Lead, mentor and train apprentices, helping them grow alongside you
n
Plan and schedule landscaping tasks and order materials
n
Communicate effectively with your on-site team, suppliers and clients
n
Execute all landscaping tasks to an exceptionally high standard
n
Maintain a protected, efficient worksite while delivering exceptional craftsmanship
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Experience: Completed Certificate III in Landscape Construction, or equivalent hands-on experience
n
Leadership: Experience running or supervising sites and leading a crew, and a genuine passion for mentoring
n
Expertise: Strong knowledge of hard and soft construction techniques and experience on high-end projects
n
Skills: Able to read and execute detailed landscape master plans
n
Must-have: A current Australian driver's licence
