A growing, well-established brand in the local market is seeking an energetic Local Area Marketing Coordinator to drive grassroots engagement and brand visibility. This hands-on position focuses on connecting our brand directly with the local community, managing hyper-local campaigns, and driving foot traffic/inquiries.
Key Responsibilities n

Grassroots Marketing:
Execute local promotions, direct mailings, and event activation setups.

Community Partnerships:
Identify and collaborate with neighbouring businesses, community groups, and local events for cross-promotional opportunities.
n
Local Event Execution:
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for local pop-ups, sponsorships, and local trade shows.
n
Collateral Management:
Ensure local marketing materials, signage, and promotional displays are up-to-date and stocked across target locations.
n
Reporting:




Track local campaign performance and provide direct feedback on community engagement metrics.
n
What We Are Looking For n
n
1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or local community engagement.
n
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural networking ability.
n
Solid organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple local projects simultaneously.
n
Deep familiarity with the local area, demographic trends, and community spots.
n
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation (required for field visits).
