Our opportunity: n
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Completed Certificate III
Educators
to join our brand-new Childcare Centre on Lancewood Street, Park Ridge. This is a unique opportunity to have a genuine opportunity to help us build out and deliver programs across various age groups at Brisbane's newest and highest quality service.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
n
Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and staff.
n
Observe and document children's progress, ensuring individualised learning plans are in place.




n
Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the quality of our educational programs.
n
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
n
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all.
n
Assist with open and close procedures as required.
n
Assist with the continuous improvement of the rooms and centre.
n
Engage with Centre Management with activities and initiatives.
n
Qualifications and Skills: n
n
Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
n
Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
n
Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to nurturing a love of learning in children.
