Best & Less Penrith is looking for a confident, commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to run one of our largest, high-volume stores. You will own day-to-day operations, drive sales and productivity, lead a large team, and build capability and engagement across the store.

You will analyse performance trends, identify opportunities to improve customer experience and profitability, and partner with the Store Manager to execute strategic priorities with pace and accountability.
