The Coffee Club is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Senior Barista to join our vibrant team in Ballarat Central VIC ****. If you have a love for coffee, an eye for detail, and strong leadership skills, this could be the perfect chance for you.
Key responsibilities n
n
Prepare high-quality coffee beverages
n
Ensure consistently high standards of drinks preparation and presentation
n
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
n
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
n
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
n
Undertake general waiting duties of both food and/or beverage, including serving meals
n
Replenish and rotate stock, polish and wrap cutlery
n
Ensure all customer areas are always kept clean and orderly
n
Clean and maintain equipment (i.e. coffee machine,



grinder etc)
n
About you n
n
Minimum 4 years of barista experience in a fast-paced café environment
n
Proficiency in latte art and advanced coffee-making techniques
n
Strong understanding of cafe operations
n
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
n
A passion for coffee, café culture, and knowledge of the craft of coffee-making
n
