The Opportunity n
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced
Structural Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer
to join a highly regarded engineering team and play a pivotal role in the design and delivery of complex building services projects, including Datacenters.
n
Working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and industrial developments, you will provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design and engineering calculations through to commissioning and project completion.
n
This is a role for a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving challenges, mentoring others, and working closely with clients, project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities n
n
n
Perform engineering calculations, and provide technical guidance and support to project teams
n
n
n
n
Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and contractors to ensure project success
n
n
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and engineering reports
n
n
Attend client and project meetings,



providing technical advice
n
n
Support installation, testing, commissioning, and project delivery activities
n
n
Mentor and develop junior engineers and contribute to team capability growth
n
n
Ensure compliance with relevant Australian standards, codes, and safety requirements
n
n
Identify innovative, sustainable, and value-driven engineering solutions
n
About You n
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
n
n
n
Degree qualification in Engineering - structural or civil
n
n
Experience delivering Energy, HVAC or building services projects
n
n
n
n
Strong knowledge of Australian codes, standards, and compliance requirements
n
n
Proven experience in design, documentation, and project delivery
n
n
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant design software
n
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
n
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects
n
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
