Pay rates ranging from
$39 - $54 per hour
depending on experience and shift

Monday to Thursday AM Shift
n
12-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities n
n
Operating extrusion and automated production lines
n
Running and monitoring injection moulding machinery
n
Setting up, starting and stopping production equipment
n




Performing machine and product changeovers
n
Monitoring machine settings, temperatures and production performance
n
Troubleshooting minor machine faults and production issues
n
Conducting quality inspections and product checks
n
Completing production documentation and reporting
n
Loading raw materials into machinery
n
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
Following all safety, quality and production procedures
n

Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment

Strong mechanical aptitude

Confidence working with automated machinery

Basic fault-finding and troubleshooting skills

Strong attention to quality and detail

Commitment to workplace safety
n
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
n
Ability to work 12-hour shifts
n
Reliable transport to Caringbah
n
n
This position is suited to experienced manufacturing operators who are comfortable working directly with production equipment and understand the importance of maintaining efficient and safe production processes.
