VACCA is seeking a Family Services Case Manager for a fixed term full-time role based in Chirnside Park, VIC. You will support Aboriginal children, young people and families, delivering culturally secure outreach in home and community settings.
You will develop support plans, coordinate services, engage with families and partners, and maintain accurate records. A Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree in Community Services or related field is required, along with a WWC check and a Victorian Driver
