Coles Group is seeking a Reliability & Asset Care lead at our Sydney site to execute the site's Reliability and Asset Care Strategy and manage a team of skilled maintenance tradespeople and external contractors.

You will drive preventative maintenance, asset lifecycle management and continuous improvement while partnering with production, quality and finance teams to achieve optimal site performance and safety standards.
