Facility Manager | Residential Aged Care | Melbourne Bayside n
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Facility Manager to lead an established residential aged care service in Melbourne's Bayside.
n
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced aged care professional who enjoys leading teams, strengthening clinical standards, solving complex challenges and driving meaningful improvement.
n
Working closely with the CEO and Board, you will have genuine autonomy and influence across the service, with the opportunity to make a tangible difference to residents, staff and overall service performance.

$155K–$165K + Super + Salary Packaging
n
Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm, with flexibility
n
Regular exposure to CEO, Board and Clinical Governance
n
2 x full-time Care Managers supporting the service
n
Dedicated Quality & Compliance Manager

Strong RN and nursing support
n

About you n




We are looking for a senior residential aged care leader with the experience and confidence to take ownership of a service and lead it through continued improvement.
You will ideally have n
n
Extensive residential aged care experience
n
Previous Facility Manager, Director of Care, Director of Nursing or equivalent senior leadership experience
n
Proven experience independently managing an aged care service
n
Strong clinical governance and regulatory knowledge
n
Demonstrated experience leading teams through change and improvement
n
Robust AN-ACC knowledge
n
Experience working with senior executives and Board stakeholders
n
A calm, steady and highly visible leadership style
n
Strong people leadership and communication skills
n
A genuine ability to coach, develop and bring teams with you
n
n
This role will suit a hands-on, solutions-focused Facility Manager who enjoys stepping into a service, understanding the challenges and putting practical strategies in place to strengthen clinical outcomes, team capability and overall performance.
