Job Description
SESLHD Drug & Alcohol Service seeks Health Clinicians including Social Workers and Occupational Therapists at Level 1/2 for the Langton Centre role. You will plan, coordinate and deliver psychosocial assessments, care coordination and navigation for clients with drug and alcohol concerns.

The position promotes culturally protected care, multidisciplinary collaboration and the use of digital technologies in clinical practice, with a 38-hour week and salary between $79,419 and $113,301 plus
