Project Administrator (Mat Leave) | National Facility Maintenance n
Our national maintenance department has a warm and hard working office team based in Bayswater, who are responsible for the running and management of multiple facilities maintenance works across the country.
n
One of our team members is heading off on maternity leave in November, so we are looking to back-fill this position on a
12 month contract
, with a view to extend as this department continues to grow.
n
About the Role:
n
In this role, you would be accountable for ensuring client attendance KPIs and contract terms and conditions are consistently met and maintained.
n
To do this, you will be juggling trade subcontractors, job completion activities, client communications, and after-hours on-call responsibilities.
n
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
n
Complete all activities for job completion including reports, quotes and invoices within delegation limits
n
Resource response works via coordination of both in-house trades and external subcontractors
n
Provide client updates within determined timeframes
n




Ensure accurate completion of all job documents including all OH&S; and environmental requirements
n
Produce handover materials on completion of jobs
n
Answer after-hours phone calls and allocate resources on a rotating on-call basis
n
To knock this out of the park, we would expect you to have the following skills & attributes:
n
Proven interpersonal and communication skills with experience liaising across multiple organisational levels and a diverse range of backgrounds
n
Relevant projects or contracts administration work experience would be highly favorable
n
Excellent time management and organisational skills including the ability to manage changing and competing priorities
n
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively to problem-solve within a team environment
n
IT literate, with strong MS Suite skills and confidence maintaining a detailed CRM
n
Proactive nature and a solid work ethic
n
Desirable - experience within the building industry or a facility maintenance business
n
