About the Job
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands on warehouse and trade counter person to join our tight knit team who are committed on delivering outcomes on time, every time. In this role you will beinvolved inall aspects of day to day warehousing and Trade counter duties; offering support to the sales representative team and provide exceptional customer service to both retail and trade customers.
The major duties include but are not limited to the following key focus areas:
Providing great customer service to our trade customers who come to store for purchases.
Coordinatingalldaily warehouse activitiesincluding receiving, storing,



picking of items ready for delivery in a timely manner (heavy lifting required).
Unloading of incoming trucks, maintaining documentation of accuracy and receipt of products.
With a hands on manner, work with employees and van sales drivers to ensure all items are prepared, shipped, and received on time while complying with company policy and paperwork
Monitor and oversee outgoing orders activities to verify items are shipping to the correct location, in good condition.
Ensure the Warehouse is safe and clean at all times, all products are stored within the Warehouse correctly

About You
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:
Solid organisational skills and time management
Ability to resolve problems effectively
Comfortable with computers and has basic computer literacy
Enjoy working in a team environment, influencing direction as much as taking direction
Battery experience an advantage but not a necessity, we are happy to teach you all the knowledge required
Forklift Licence (Mandatory)
