Client Engagement Associate
to join our Client Engagement team.
n
This is an entry-level role for someone who is ambitious, willing to work hard and serious about building a long-term career in real estate.
n
You will learn how to prospect, identify potential sellers, create appraisal opportunities, build your personal profile and develop the skills required to progress into a sales career.
n
This is
not a passive administration role
. You'll be expected to prospect consistently, speak confidently with homeowners, stay resilient when people say no and work towards clear activity and performance targets.

What you'll do n

Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners
n
n
Send messages and follow up prospective clients
n
n
Identify homeowners who may be considering selling
n
n
Generate and qualify appraisal opportunities
n
n
Book qualified appraisal appointments for our Sales Agents
n
n
Complete targeted letterbox campaigns across Bendigo and surrounding areas
n
n
Keep CRM and prospecting records accurate and up to date
n
n
Record conversations, follow-up dates and prospect information
n
n
Create regular social media content and build your personal brand
n
n
Work towards clear daily and weekly prospecting targets
n
n
This role combines
phone-based prospecting, CRM work, content creation and time out on the road completing letterbox campaigns
.
n

About you n
You do not need previous real estate experience, but you do need:

A genuine desire to build a career in real estate sales
n
n
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
n
Confidence speaking with people on the phone
n
n
The discipline to complete consistent daily prospecting
n

Resilience when people say no or do not respond
n
n
Robust attention to detail
n
n
A willingness to be held accountable to activity and appointment targets
n
n
Confidence using technology and CRM systems
n
n
A positive attitude and openness to coaching
n
n
The ability to work independently and contribute to a team
n
n
A Victorian Agents Representative Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
n
Career progression n
Client Engagement Associate → Client Engagement Representative → Sales Agent
n
