As a Client and Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing Outdoor Education Programs through all phases of the program lifecycle: client engagement, program design, planning and administration, resourcing, in-field coordination, review, and rebooking. You will ensure that programs are designed and delivered to meet specific client needs, while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. You're organised, calm under pressure, and genuinely love working with people. You're comfortable being the face of the Land's Edge Foundation for our clients, you will have excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills keeping both the internal team and our clients updated with all the required information to ensure a smooth and successful program.

Key responsibilities
n
Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate the development and delivery of Outdoor Education Programs and other TLEF products and services
n
Confidentially create, interpret and communicate detailed documents, with a methodical and organised approach to your work with outstanding attention to detail
n
Build positive client relationships with both new and existing clients, understand the client's needs and expectations and deliver a seamless service to them
n
Provide direction, leadership, and supervision to program delivery staff to ensure programs meet or exceed TLEF quality and safety expectations
n
Perform risk assessments of programs and activities to manage risks in accordance with TLEF Standard Operating Procedures
n
Cultivate and manage relationships with school clients and other stakeholders to secure new business and promote TLEF products and services
n
Ensure all activities are in accordance with TLEF's Safety Management Plan and Standard Operating Procedures
n
Coordinate communication of client booking requirements to internal TLEF departments, including safety, catering, resourcing, and administration
n




Manage and monitor financial performance to meet business priorities within established budget targets
n
Provide mentoring and leadership to core and casual TLEF program delivery staff, including trainees, group leaders, activity specialists, and program support staff
n
About you
n
Minimum 4 years of experience coordinating groups in a variety of environments
n
Relevant qualifications in Outdoor Leadership, Education or Recreation and/or relevant industry knowledge and experience
n
Strong understanding of and adherence to safety management and standard operating procedures
n
High level of verbal and written communication skills
n
Strong organisational, workflow, and time management skills, ability to work to agreed budgets and targets
n
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with staff and clients at all levels
n
Demonstrated ability to manage staff to achieve organisational and client objectives & problem solve where required
n
Experience in managing and delivering outdoor education programs that are safe, meaningful, and enjoyable
n
Willingness to work away from home for a number of weeks throughout the year (in various locations in NSW)
n
Current NSW Working With Children Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificate (Wilderness First Aid preferred)
