Karla Kuliny Aboriginal Corporation, grounded in Noongar country, seeks an Intensive Case Manager – On Track to Thrive to deliver in-home family support and case management for Aboriginal children, young people, families and carers.

The role applies trauma-informed, culturally secure practice, develops and reviews Support Plans, coordinates with schools, health and justice services, and advocates for families to improve wellbeing and safety while upholding the Doolann Model of Care.
