About the opportunity
In this highly rewarding role, your primary focus will be to lead and develop our high performing sales team within our South Coast Region. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Provide input into new product development and marketing initiatives
Lead, develop and motivate to promote high performing teams




Guide the South Coast team to ensure sales targets are consistently achieved
Work towards achieving the best result for our customers
Maintain weekly sales meetings as well as regular one-on-one sessions with consultants
Organise off-site seminars, workshops, and team bonding days to keep morale high and ensure the team is always growing and improving
Be responsible for recruiting and developing talent both inside and outside of the industry to build a high performing team
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
Experience working within the residential building industry
Brings a genuine team-first mindset, with a passion for the business and a desire to uplift others
Demonstrate a high level of motivation and eagerness to learn
Strong management skills with a proven aptitude to lead and develop effective teams
Demonstrate strong influencing and well-developed negotiation skills with the ability to quickly build trusting relationships
A passion for driving systems and day to day practices to enhance results across the team
You will hold a current-driver's license and have regular access to a reliable vehicle.
Some weekend work is required to meet the availability of our customers.
