Job Description
Training & Education Manager, CRM/EP ANZ n
Lead in-field training for CRM employees, including onboarding and new hire programs
n
Conduct competency assessments and field coaching to ensure readiness for certification
n
Act as the education lead for new product launches
n
Develop and execute training plans for internal staff and external customers to ensure successful adoption of recent technologies
n
Support customer education managers in organizing and delivering training events for healthcare professionals
n
Facilitate peer-to-peer training and hands-on workshops, especially for device implantation and management
n
Work closely with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to align educational initiatives with business goals
n
Create and maintain educational materials, including webinars, manuals, and e-learning modules
n
Ensure content is aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
n




Provide insights and reports on training metrics to support strategic decisions
n
About you
n
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Allied Health)
n
Certifications in instructional design or adult learning are highly valued
n
Minimum 5 years of experience in electrophysiology, cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs), or related fields
n
Strong understanding of CRM technologies and procedures
n
Experience in delivering in-person and virtual training
n
Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and assessing competencies
n
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
n
Capable of managing multiple training programs and coordinating with cross-functional teams
n
Analytical skills to monitor training effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly
n
Proficiency in using digital tools for training delivery and tracking
