Job Description

As a Civil Labourer, you will be responsible for providing skills and support to our construction projects, utilising your experience and workmanship to ensure the successful delivery of our projects.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Undertaking a variety of manual labour tasks on civil construction sites, including general labouring, site preparation, operating small equipment and assisting plant operators
n
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following all site safety procedures
n
Demonstrating excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
n
Working as part of a site crew to meet project deadlines
n
Daily pre-starts, safety checks and maintenance of machinery
n
Operate small plant as required
n
Key Requirements n

Demonstrated experience in civil construction
n
Punctual, reliable and ability to work independently and in a team
n
Positive physical fitness and ability to undertake manual labour
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
