The Inclusive Team on the NSW Central Coast is seeking an Entry Level / Career Transition Behaviour Support Practitioner. This role is ideal for someone transitioning into Positive Behaviour Support with a relevant background and a passion for supporting people with disability.

You will work one-on-one with participants, develop practical strategies, and receive structured training and ongoing supervision to build skills in behaviour support planning and cross‐agency collaboration.
