Lead Installer – Domestic Structural Steel n
HANDS-ON LEAD INSTALLER – DOMESTIC STRUCTURAL STEEL

We don't need someone who just talks about steel — we need someone who knows how to install it.

If you can read a structural plan, run a crew, work with cranes, weld when required and solve problems on site,
we want to hear from you.
n
This is a
hands-on leadership role
for an experienced domestic structural steel installer who takes pride in getting the job done
safely, accurately and properly the first time.
n
The Role
n
n
Lead a small installation crew
n
Install beams, posts structural steel
n
Read and work from structural drawings
n
Set out and accurately install steelwork
n
Arc/MIG welding and site modifications
n
Site rectification and problem solving
n
Work directly with builders and other trades
n
Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
n
This is a hands on Role
n
n




What We're Looking For
n
n
Solid domestic structural steel installation experience
n
Previous experience leading a crew
n
Confident reading structural drawings
n
Welding experience
n
Excellent knowledge of hand and power tools
n
Robust measuring and set-out skills
n
Good communication and leadership
n
MR/HR licence preferred
n
White Card
n
Reliable, hardworking and safety focused
n
