The Role: What You'll Be Doing n
Forget cold calling. You will be working with
warm leads
,



connecting with potential students who have already explicitly shown interest in enrolling in qualifications. Your job is to guide them, recommend the right educational pathways, and close the enrollment.

Your day-to-day includes:

Connecting with Interested Students:
You'll spend your day on the phones engaging directly with warm leads - people who have already reached out and asked for information about our qualifications. Your mission is to understand their career goals and match them with the right course.
n
Managing Your Own Pipeline:
You will strategically map out your daily outreach, ensuring every potential student receives a timely, structured follow-up.
n
Driving the Enrollment Process:
You'll guide motivated applicants through the enrollment journey, helping them submit their documentation and officially lock in their future career paths.
n
Celebrating Wins & Closing Deals:
Working in a high-energy team environment, you'll focus on building trust and overcoming objections to successfully close enrollments.
n
Maintaining a Premium Database:
Between calls, you'll keep clean, accurate, and detailed notes on your conversations, ensuring our learner data is precise and professional.
