Hatchery Administration Officer - Tamworth
We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Officer for a Part time role to join one of our national client based in Tamworth.

Responsibilities:
Provide general office administration and data entry.
Order and receive stores and maintain accurate records.
Handle telephone and public enquiries.
Maintain compliance, WHS and EMS documentation, registers and records.
Monitor routine maintenance tasks and follow up on required actions.
Prepare weekly EMS and WHS reports.
Maintain hazard, risk, training and compliance registers.
Coordinate staff training, toolbox talks and external training.
Support WHS and quality audits, meetings, agendas and minutes.
Maintain document control and electronic filing, ensuring records are current.




Monitor noticeboards, contractor compliance and COR requirements.
Update risk assessments and other relevant registers.
To be successful for this role, you will need to:
Great relationship & team builder
MUST have office administration experience
Outstanding communication skills
Local area knowledge -an advantage but not required
Farming background - an advantage but not required
Physically fit
Full work rights within Australia
Own reliable Transport (essential)
Current Drivers Licence (essential)
Clear & Understandable spoken English
DO NOTown pigs or birds at your home
