With dedicated operational support behind the scenes, you'll be able to focus on building client relationships, creating tailored holiday experiences and maximising your sales success.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Handle inbound sales enquiries from customers looking to book their next holiday.
n
Build rapport with customers to understand their travel needs and recommend tailored holiday packages.
n
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
n
Create accurate quotes and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
n
Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional travel products and services.
n
Meet and exceed individual sales targets and conversion KPIs.
n
Produce accurate booking documentation and ensure attention to detail throughout the booking process.
n
Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.

About You: n
n




Minimum 2 years experience in the travel industry across leisure, wholesale or cruise sectors.
n
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs in a retail travel environment.
n
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
n
Confident engaging with clients over the phone and providing personalised travel recommendations.
n
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
n
Strong computer and technology skills with the ability to learn new travel systems and platforms.
n
