Are you an experienced hospitality professional looking for your next opportunity?

We are looking for a hands‐on and motivated manager to join our team at our established pub. If you take pride in providing great customer service and managing the staff and day-to-day operations of our pub restaurant, this role is for you!
About the role: n
This is a full‐time management position for someone who is ready to take on responsibility and become an important part of the operations of the venue.
n
You will help to oversee the day-to-day running of the pub, with support of the owner and staff.
n
We have sponsorship available for the role as well if successful.
What you'll be doing: n
n
Rostering and payroll
n
Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering while keeping costings in mind
n
Supporting and managing your staff
n
Providing excellent customer service and leading by example
n
Assisting with recruitment and staff training/induction where needed
n




Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation of the venue
n
Assisting with food and drink service where necessary, and supporting staff in upholding RSA regulations
n
Working with the owner to improve and adapt venue operations where necessary
n
About you: n
n
Experienced in hospitality, with supervisory or management experience
n
Confident, charismatic and creative, with strong team leadership skills
n
18+ with a valid RSA, and committed to upholding RSA standards
n
Reliable, organised and able to work independently
n
Customer-focused and committed to providing excellent service
n
Confident in making decisions and managing busy service periods
n
Able to communicate effectively with staff and customers
n
Able to travel to and from work via reliable transport
n
Willing to hands‐on and lead by example
n
