Job Description
The Reject Shop is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to operate a Queensland store, on the floor with a team of 10 to 15 colleagues. You'll lead by doing, manage service, stock and standards, and keep operations running without a desk job.

No Sunday hours; every second Saturday off; three days off in a row every second weekend. From $***** base hourly rate (depending on experience) plus penalty rates, overtime, and a 17.5% leave loading, with a real path forward as the business grows.
