Accommodate With Collective, the property management division of Collective Property Agents, is looking for a Part-Time Assistant Property Manager to join the growing team. You will work closely with the Property Manager focusing primarily on leasing and providing support across the day-to-day management of the portfolio. This is an prospect to join a business focused on quality over quantity — building strong landlord relationships, providing excellent service and creating a property management division that is sustainable for both clients and the team.

This is a Brisbane-based role and applicants must be currently living in Brisbane and available to work from our office. This position is not suitable for remote or overseas-based applicants.
Key responsibilities n
n
Leasing duties, including open homes on Saturdays
n
Processing applications and preparing tenancy documentation
n
Onboarding of current managements
n
Communicating with landlords, tenants and trades
n
Coordinating maintenance requests and following up repairs
n
Assisting with lease renewals and tenancy management
n
Assisting with entry and exit inspections and reporting
n
Maintaining accurate records and well-managed files
n
General property management administration and portfolio support
n
About you n
n
Ideally has at least 1 year of residential property management experience in Queensland
n
Has a sound understanding of Queensland tenancy legislation, or is keen to continue developing their knowledge
n
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
n
Proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
n
A confident and professional communicator
n
Comfortable dealing with landlords, tenants and trades
n
Able to manage competing priorities and stay calm under pressure
n
Positive, friendly and approachable
n
A team player who takes pride in their work and contributes positively to the office environment
