Neurotherapy Clinics Australia is a rapidly expanding company offering transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) neurotherapy to individuals of all ages. Neurotherapy is a secure, non-invasive treatment used to enhance and regulate brain function. It is widely used for a range of psychological conditions such as anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, ADD, ADHD, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Sleep Disturbance and Traumatic Brain Injures. Our Melbourne clinic opened in January ****, and has been our fastest growing clinic yet.

About the role
n
You will be working in a team with 2 other experienced technicians, however, day-to-day you will be working independently within a larger health clinic.



This is a client-facing role covering Monday-Friday afternoon shifts to accommodate demand for after school and work appointments.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Calendar management including booking and rescheduling appointments
n
Conducting qEEG and ERP scans to collect data
n
Administering neuromodulation therapies to clients
n
Greeting clients and managing relationships
n
Cleaning of offices and equipment
n
Monitoring client progress and reporting back to the relevant practitioner
n
Managing client concerns
n

About you
n
n
Able to work independently
n
Minimum high school certificate or equivalent
n
Available to work Monday to Friday afternoons and evenings
n
First Aid (or willing to obtain)
n
Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
