We are seeking multiple skilled and experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our construction team. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in formwork carpentry, with a focus on civil construction projects. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a quick-paced environment, we want to hear from you! You will have the opportunity to work on sites around Sydney, ACT and regional NSW.
Key Responsibilities

Set up, construct, and dismantle timber formwork for concrete structures, including walls, slabs, columns, and beams.
n
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure precise formwork construction.
n
Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install formwork materials.
n
Erect scaffolding and other temporary structures for construction projects as needed.
n




Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation on-site.
n
Inspect and repair existing formwork as required.
n
Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
n
Requirements
n
n
Certificate III in Carpentry, or equivalent trade certificate
n
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a carpenter.
n
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
n
Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and construction techniques.
n
Physical fitness and the ability to perform heavy lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
n
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
n
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
n
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
n
White Card (Construction Induction Card) and other relevant certifications are highly desirable.
