The Opportunity n
The firm's Competition and Regulatory division is renowned for its strategic depth. They do not simply advise on compliance; they architect the strategies that allow their clients to operate and thrive in increasingly regulated markets.

As an integral member of this team, you will tackle the complexities ofregulatory inquiries, investigations, and high-stakes litigation, including the defense of cartel allegations and civil penalty proceedings. You will guide major domestic and international transactions through complex regulatory clearance processes,



navigate joint ventures, strategic alliances, and industry-wide collaboration initiatives, contribute to legislative and policy reform, and
developsophisticated
frameworks to manage consumer protection,
misleading/deceptive
conduct, and antitrust risks.

This is a role for a lawyer who enjoys deep-dive analysis and the high-pressure environment of deal-making. Ideally you will bring 3+ years of experience within a private or
publiccompetition/antitrust
or regulatory practice paired with theability to move effortlessly between the boardroom and the courtroom, and between team-oriented team projects and autonomous work.
