Your new company An exciting opportunity has become available for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join a well-established, values-driven not-for-profit organisation on a temporary to permanent full-time basis.
This organisation is recognised for delivering exceptional services within the healthcare sector.
Working as part of a collaborative finance team, you will support the day-to-day accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, timely collections, and exceptional customer service.
Your new role
End-to-end accounts receivable processing, including invoicing, receipting and payment allocation.
Credit control, debt collection and debtor account management.
Processing refunds, credit notes and account reconciliations.
Responding to customer and stakeholder account enquiries.
Preparing and issuing invoices, statements and payment notices.
Cash handling,



banking and finance administration duties.
Delivering exceptional customer service and stakeholder support.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Professional and confident telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Solid organisational and time management skills
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
