Inner West Venue is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and strict adherence to compliance and safety standards. You will manage staff, respond to inquiries, and foster solid relationships with members and gaming patrons.

You will be the face of the venue, making decisive calls, coordinating teams, and driving continuous improvement in the guest experience while maintaining high presentation and performance standards.
