Job Description

We are looking for reliable, hands-on Post-Harvest Technicians to join our growing team at our highly regulated cultivation and manufacturing facility in the Greater Ipswich region.
n
Working as part of our Post-Harvest team, you will support the careful handling and processing of harvested plant material while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, safety, security and compliance.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING n
Assist with harvesting, trimming, handling and processing plant material.
n
Operate post-harvest equipment and complete production activities.
n
Follow documented procedures, work instructions and hygiene requirements.
n
Complete accurate production, batch and traceability records.
n
Maintain clean, organised and compliant work areas.
n
Identify and report quality, safety or operational issues promptly.
n
Work collaboratively to meet daily production and quality requirements.
n
Working across operations, supporting cultivation and other areas of the business.
ABOUT YOU n
You don't necessarily need previous industry experience. We are looking for people who:

Are reliable, practical and comfortable working in a hands-on environment.
n
Have strong attention to detail and can follow procedures consistently.
n
Understand the importance of hygiene,



quality and accurate record keeping.
n
Are comfortable undertaking repetitive and physically active work.
n
Work well as part of a team and take pride in doing things properly.
n
Have the ability to work in a hot and humid environment.
n
Previous experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, horticulture, agriculture, warehousing or another regulated environment will be highly regarded.
