Threads Education & Migration Group is seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Registered Migration Agent who can independently manage migration matters while maintaining a high standard of professional and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, employers and the internal team across a variety of visa and migration matters.

nKey responsibilities n
n
n
n
Provide professional migration advice to new and existing clients
n
n
Conduct client consultations and assess visa eligibility and migration pathways
n
n
Prepare, review and lodge visa, nomination and sponsorship applications
n
n
Manage employer-sponsored migration matters, including Subclass 482 and Subclass 186 applications
n
n
Assist with skilled migration matters, including Subclass 189 and 190 applications
n
n
Handle Student, Graduate, Partner, Visitor and other visa matters where required
n
n
Prepare professional submissions, statements and supporting documentation
n
n
Review client documents and identify additional information or evidence required
n
n
Communicate professionally with clients, employers, education providers and relevant authorities
n
n




Maintain accurate client records and ensure matters are progressed within required timeframes
n
n

Current registration as an Australian Registered Migration Agent
n
n
A valid Migration Agent Registration Number (MARN)
n
n
Sound knowledge of Australian migration legislation, regulations and policy
n
n
Experience preparing and managing visa and migration applications
n
n
Strong written communication and submission-drafting skills
n
n
Excellent attention to detail and file-management skills
n
n
Ability to independently manage multiple client matters and deadlines
n
n
Strong interpersonal and client consultation skills
n
n
Professional, ethical and client-focused approach
n
n
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
n
