About the Role
n
Our Administration Assistants play an important part in the day-to-day operation of our business. Depending on your experience and interests, duties may include:

General administration and data entry
n
Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries
n
Processing paperwork, orders and internal documentation
n
Email and customer correspondence
n
Assisting different departments within the business
n
General accounts, payroll or office administration support
n




Working with our internal computer systems and Microsoft Office
n
What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are:

Energetic, positive and confident
n
Friendly and professional with customers and fellow team members
n
Strong communicators with positive customer service skills
n
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks
n
Strong computer literacy and experience working with office-based systems
n
Experienced with Microsoft Office
n
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
n

Experience with accounting packages, payroll software or similar business systems would be an advantage, but it is not essential. We provide in-house training and support for the right applicants.
