We are seeking an experienced
Senior Recruiter
to join a leading infrastructure organisation based in North Ryde.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high-volume portfolio while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
Handle approximately 25 to 35 active vacancies concurrently
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
Source, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates
Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communications
Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment administration
Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience




Maintain recruitment systems and reporting requirements
About You
Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Consultant
Ability to successfully manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or rail recruitment will be highly regarded
Comfortable working in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
